The aim is to hoist a team created flag on a pontoon (either on dry land or water) with the whole team present. Phase 1: Each smaller team discusses and creates a concept design for a flag. Phase 2: A couple of creative members from each team set about making the flag (approx 2m x 2.5m) from given creative materials. The rest of the team are given resources to build a pontoon, rafts/carts and a flagpole. Phase 3: All members of the team are to make their way out to the pontoon, via the rafts or carts to hoist up the flag. The outcome is a shared sense of achievement and an excellent vehicle for reinforcing both team espirit d'corps and company message.
