We took a group of Canon’s Technical Consultants on a one day team development program to the Crusaders Conference venue just west of Hornsby, Sydney. 

For the first part of the day, they undertook a practical Team Active! program with the theme of building bridges.  Here, the group stated working within smaller teams interdependently of each other, but ultimately had to work together in order to achieve success.  For the afternoon, they undertook an interactive high ropes challenge that developed the theme of collaboration more fully with a totally different level of team support.
