We designed a mini eco challenge for this small team of five up at Shoal Bay, 2 hours north of Sydney.  Demanding tasks based around mental and physical stretches were set and with a stunning coastal backdrop the team rose to the challenge by putting in 110% effort. Using different types of challenges allowed this team to consider and develop new ways of working together.
