Originally we were going to conduct a high ropes program for a group of construction managers, however the weather turned on the day which brought us inside to use the facilities of the Crowne Plaza Terrigal.
Our indoor program for them consisted of two phases; a bridge crossing followed by the design & building of a castle for each team. In the end, no one noticed the rain and, there were plenty of challenges around communicating within groups and the management of resources and information. The end result saw some great & collaborative solutions.
