For their half day program, participants from Macquarie Bank traveled over to the Australian Graduate School of Police Management for their superb conference facilities and Sydney harbour vistas.

| Split into two groups, the team’s objective was to complete a number of concurrent tasks (including designing and constructing a flag) picking up clues, keys and resources that led to a ‘flying carpet’ and, ultimately, a treasure chest. Their objective was to stretch the team with a series of simulations that mirror their workplace challenges, allowing them to practice high performing team behaviours. |
