Team Development, team work and team building programs by Improving Connections


WorkCover’s multilayered, multidisciplined, variously located team needed a range of challenges as part of their two day program. So we re-produced some of the challenges from their real-world in an entertaining, action-packed activity based on one of our simulations called ‘The Shipping News’.
The three teams competed with each other to design & build ships. This multi-layered activity involves information management & decision-making via spreadsheets, practical application of ideas via working models and additional resources gained from adventurous practical activities requiring creativity, leadership & teamwork. The culminating activity saw the teams combine for a spectacular finale out on the dam at Dooralong Valley Resort.
