| High and low ropes courses (and of course, other challenge activities) are not only about extending individual comfort zones and perceived potential. They also provide excellent opportunities to illustrate all the aspects of effective teamwork in action in a particularly visible, powerful and above all different way. |
| Climbers on the CRC (who may be up to 20 metres high) are largely dependant for their safety on the rest of the team. They, in turn, rely on the climbers to successfully complete the course in order for the whole team to succeed. |
| With cables, ropes and wooden beams strung among trees or poles, teams can explore risk taking, leadership, communication, problem-solving and coaching with a focus on collaboration. |
| Using our own ropes course at the picturesque Dooralong Valley Resort or other recommended sites, CRCs deliver an exciting program which provides valuable insights into individual capabilities and team effectiveness. |
