Sometimes the venue or the weather can determine the type of team program conducted. The trouble with many indoor based programs is that they are often perceived as dull and can lack the 'spectacle' of an outdoor event. Improving Connections has gone to great lengths to ensure our indoor programs have all the elements of an exceptional team event program without, of course, the natural environment. Some of our outdoor activities can be easily transferred indoors and we have also created a variety of unique concepts that have more of an impact indoors than out! So don't worry if the indoor venue arrangement has no windows — the participants will be too pre-occupied to care!
