Definitely not your 'normal' games event. There are elements of the traditional  with a team twist which could dovetail with your organisation's theme. For instance, 'The Handbag Throw'! With the group split up into smaller teams, each team will be issued with a matrix involving a series of mini events and timetable. A running tally will be kept and medals can be awarded to the winning team. The events may be active, but not necessarily physical — the idea being that no one is precluded from participation and there is something for everyone. Mini Olympics will spice up any conference with energy, laughter and a little competition. A great way to finish the day — especially if upon conclusion, there is a refreshing reward to share.
